CHATPATI CORN CHAAT


INGREDIENTS:
1) 2 cup Corn Kernels
2) 1 Onion Chopped
3) 1 Tomato Chopped
4) 1/2 Capsicum Chopped
5) 2 Tablespoon Oil
6) 1/4 Teaspoon Red chilli powder
7) 1/2 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
8) Salt to taste
9) 1 Lemon Juice
10) Coriander for garnish

PREPARATION TIME: 15 mins

HOW TO PREPARE:
* Boil the corn kernels in salt and turmeric water and keep aside
* In a pan, add oil and saute onions for few minutes
* Add tomatoes and capsicum and saute till soft
* Add red chilli powder, chaat masala, and salt and mix well
* Add corn kernels and cook for 3 - 5 minutes
* Take off gas and add lemon and garnish with fresh coriander
